Welcome to the Flint Baker College forum for the Medical Programs. The intent of this forum is for students and faculty to be able to share experiences, ideas and concerns with each other, while allowing a greater audience to benefit from the information shared. The idea for this forum began as a tool for all of us to come together to reduce the rumors and misinformation that are spreading about entry into the Nursing Program. However, I believe this forum can also be open to any topic that would benefit from this format. I would like to see students that are already into their respective programs to share their experiences with those of us who are trying to catch a glimpse from the outside.

Keep in mind that this is an unofficial forum that is not linked to Baker College. However, please conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner. Your peers and professors will be able to review what you write, so always be respectful. That is not to say that material will be censured in any way, but there are some cases where posts will be removed or participants will be banned. Especially in the case of sharing experiences, posts that include patient information will be promptly removed and the user banned from the forum. Any attacks on individuals or excessive swearing (the seven words you can’t say on TV) will be cause for the removal of the post and banning from the forum. Anyone that is banned from the forum may request to be reinstated. Requests should be submitted by email to rwdocs@att.net, and a review board made up of administrators will determine if privileges are reestablished.
